- Definition and types of psychological trauma (acute, chronic, developmental, and hidden trauma)
- Major causes of trauma among Afghan women, including war, domestic violence, social and legal restrictions, poverty, and forced marriage
- Psychological and social consequences of untreated trauma
- Basic coping and support methods such as counseling, support groups, and relaxation activities
- Barriers to accessing mental health services in society
In the practical section, a deep breathing exercise was conducted to help participants experience relaxation techniques. An open discussion followed, allowing participants to share personal experiences and receive professional feedback from the speaker.
